Breast Lifting
After giving birth or breastfeeding, many women may experience loss of fullness and sagging in their breasts. As the breast skin loses its elasticity, it is perfectly natural to form a shapeless and drooping breast.
Breast lift surgeries (Mastopexy) aim to achieve a younger breast appearance. The nipple is pulled to the ideal position, the ideal contour and position of the breast tissue is given, the loose skin tissue is tightened, and breast augmentation is performed by providing support to make it permanent. If necessary, augmentation with breast prostheses is also provided.
The patient spends one night in the hospital for post-operative follow-up and is discharged the next morning if there is no problem.
Heavy exercise should be avoided in the early postoperative period, but there is no need for heavy bed rest.
